Sill's are the most common fail why?

Take a look at the above picture it shows a van that has been repaired by Rusti-Bukit
if you look why sill have to be strong it is because they have to carry the heavy weight of the van when it is being jacked in the air. All our jobs are tested on our twin piller lift to make sure it is safe and strong.

Mot Fail Sills and Arch

As you can see we had to cut back a lot on this job the old rust bugs had a spread a long way into the arch this is the type of damage that could have sent this van to the scrap man, However take a look at the next picture.

With a full wheel arch inner and outer and new sills we managed to save the van to carry on for more adventure filled years one happy camper indeed.
